Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your new lighting. If something isn't right, here is how it works.

30-day returns: You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at alifarhan.yfi@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement or a full refund, and we cover the cost. In most cases you will not need to send the item back.

Change of mind: If you simply don't want it anymore, contact us first for return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund the purchase price (original shipping is free, so nothing is deducted for it).

How to start a return: Email us at alifarhan.yfi@gmail.com. Please do not send anything back before contacting us, as returns sent without approval cannot be processed.

Refunds: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
