Shipping Policy

Where we ship: Canada and the United States.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery time: Once your order ships, delivery takes 7 to 10 business days to both Canada and the US. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping cost: Free shipping on all orders to Canada and the US.

Fragile items: Our crystal and glass lights are packed carefully for shipping. If anything arrives damaged, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will make it right.

Customs and duties: Orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on your location. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price.
